The more data you collect in your job offer, the more accurate the suggested candidates will be.

Spaminds-Matching consists of hard and soft matching criteria. There must be a complete compliance at the hard matching criteria between the Job Profile and the job offer. If the hard matching criteria do not match, the profile will not be integrated into the further matching process. The soft matching criteria on the other hand, determines the position of the candidate on the list.

Exclusive matching criteria are:

  • Type of employment (employee, freelancer)
  • Assignment location
  • Position
  • Language abilities (partially)

For example: If the assignment location of the job is not within the regions the candidate has entered, the candidate is dismissed.

Language is only partially treated as an exclusive matching criteria. For example: If you need a "native speaker" or candidate with "perfect" command of English, but the candidate does not know English sufficiently, then he is out of the question too.

Matching criteria, which positions the candidate in the results:

  • Required skills
  • Fields of activity
  • Mobility
  • Language abilities (partially, see above)
  • Required education
  • Salary, hourly wage rate
  • Date of operational readiness

In case of these matching criteria, a candidate is not dismissed immediately - if not matching, but depending on the suitability of the criteria there will be given a bonus or malus. If your offered hourly wage rate is lower than the candidate's request, the candidate will receive a malus. But if the candidate has more experience with a skill than you have requested, he will receive a bonus.

In the end, these matching criteria will be automatically evaluated and analyzed using a specially developed, scientific method. Following this unique algorithms, all bonuses and maluses, which result from the comparison of the Job Profile and Job Ad, are summed up. Out of this an index for each candidate is determined.

The candidate with the highest index will be listed first, followed by the next best.
